Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy! In general, we offer a money-back guarantee on all materials and craftsmanship. We don’t offer refunds for damage from normal wear and tear. Our refund window is 30 days after you receive your items. If during those 30 days you are unhappy with our products, you can return them in like-new condition for a full refund. 

Timeline

Each of our products are handmade to order in beautiful Ashland, OR as as such it may take a while before an order is shipped out. We strive to get orders out as quickly as we can, but if there is a trip deadline you NEED your product by please reach out to us before hand to make sure we can accommodate your timeline.

Materials and Craftsmanship

If you notice a defect in materials or craftsmanship, please contact us at customerservice@quest-overland.com . We will work with you to either have your product repaired or replaced at our discretion. We back our craftsmanship for the life of the product. Given enough time, even the best of materials will deteriorate eventually.

If you order the wrong item and need to exchange it, we do expect you to pay for shipping. If there is an egregious defect, we will pick up the return shipping.
