Quest Overland founders sitting in Sprinter van

About Quest Overland LLC

Our story

Not too long ago we bought a 2016 Sprinter van 4×4 (it’s 144 high roof if you are interested). Shortly after buying it we went to work customizing it to meet our family’s needs.

During the customization process we made some insulated window shades to provide privacy and help regulate the van temperature. We will be honest. Our first window shades were okay and they took forever to make. They got the job done, but they weren’t production quality. However, some friends thought they were nice enough that they wanted us to make them some. So we obliged and when we made these the quality increased significantly. We realized we were on the cusp of developing a nice product. It took another six months of iterating on our design to craft something we could feel proud of. It was at this point, that Quest Overland LLC was born.

Carbon free shipping

We offset all of our carbon from shipping our window shades to you. You can read more about it here.

Small and strong

We aren’t a big company, but we have recently moved out of the garage so to speak (really we started in our upstairs hallway because our house doesn’t have a garage). We are three employees now and we’ve made hundreds of window shades for van enthusiasts throughout the United States and Canada.

We appreciate you taking the time to read our “About Quest Overland LLC” section of our website. If you have questions or general feedback, we’d love to hear from you!

See you on the adventure trail!
